LOUD Names Brazillian Footballer Vinicius Jr as Co-owner

Brazilian esports organisation LOUD has announced that professional footballer Vinicius Jr has become a co-owner of the organisation.

As a co-owner, the Real Madrid winger will help LOUD with content production and grow on the Vini Jr Institute’s educational activities.

Vinicius Jr. will create a variety of exclusive content for LOUD’s social media outlets. According to a press release, LOUD intends to’refocus on entertainment’s future generation,’ with the Brazilian player leading the charge.

Vinicius Jr will cooperate with LOUD on new projects as part of his Vini Jr Institute, in addition to assisting with content creation. The institute, which was founded in 2021, gives educational resources to Brazilian youngsters via a mobile application. The group and Vinicius Jr will introduce new curriculum and enhance efforts to promote early-year education across the country with the assistance of LOUD.

Vinicius Jr. is the most recent footballer to take on ventures in the esports business. In November 2023, Swedish footballer Pontus Jansson became a co-owner of GODSENT, while Lionel Messi became a co-owner of Argentine organisation KRÜ Esports, formed by former footballer Sergio Agüero.
LOUD, which was founded in 2019, has quickly become one of Latin America’s fastest-growing esports organisations. Following competitive victory in VALORANT, League of Legends, and the Brazilian Free Fire League in 2022, the organisation was the most tweeted about.

“Vini Jr represents how gaming culture is evolving beyond the screen and into fashion, sports, and even social causes,” said Bruno Bittencourt, Co-founder of LOUD.

“Together, we will exercise that new identity by creating original content, promoting youth education, and exploring new ways to improve communities across Brazil and Latin America.” We’re thrilled to have Vini Jr join the LOUD ownership group as we continue to inspire the next generation of gamers.”
