The PUBG Nations Cup returned to Seoul for its third edition, where the South Korean squad won in front of their home audience.
Giyeol “Seoul” Cho, Heejoo “Inonix” Na, Jungyoung “Loki” Park, Taesung “Heaven” Kim, and coach Myounggwan “Ssonic” Shin took first place at PNC 2023, collecting the lion’s share of a US$300,000 prize fund.
Seoul was declared the most valuable player after accumulating 34 kills on his own. South Korea won three overall round firsts and 106 kills, ten more than any other team and 15 more than the defending winners, the United Kingdom.
Their 172 point total resulted from their exceptional consistency, as they finished in the top three in eight of the 18 rounds played.
