Among Us Announces Its Most Extensive Collaboration to Date!

Innersloth lifts the lid on the most recent and largest cooperation hosted by Among Us to date, which is now available for a limited time.

The largest Among Us cooperation has gone online, with rewards from seven indie games that players can acquire by finishing a new Cosmicube track. A Hat In Time, Alien Hominid, Castle Crashers, Celeste, Crypt of the NecroDancer, Undertale, and Untitled Goose Game have all cooperated with Among Us on this big event.

This indie game collaboration was released more than a month after Among Us released The Fungle on October 24. The Fungle, the newest map for players to enjoy, contains a variety of goals for crewmates to achieve as well as numerous possibilities for impostors to sabotage and eliminate each crew member while masking their tracks. The Fungle map is a breath of fresh air for Innersloth’s hit title, with mushrooms that can obstruct the vision of all nearby players and mushroom mix-ups that can further confuse all crew members seeking to rat on an imposter.

Among Us, however, is not the only indie darling in the spotlight. As part of the November 28 game update, the Indie Cosmicube is now available for Among Us players to unlock using in-game cash until February 28, 2024. Players can unlock and move through a new reward pass that grants cosmetic goods for merely 7,000 Beans, which can be won by playing the game online. A Hat In Time, Alien Hominid, Castle Crashers, Celeste, Crypt of the NecroDancer, Undertale, and Untitled Goose Game are all mentioned in the item. The Indie Cosmicube reward pass includes 25 caps, 18 skins, 12 nameplates, 9 visors, and 6 pets, according to Innersloth’s blog post.

This implies that Among Us players can now, for example, wear Sans’ blue hoodie, Madeline’s red hair as a cap, and have a honking goose follow them around during a battle. In addition to Indie Cosmicube, the Among Us update on November 28 removed support for the 2021 gaming client to streamline development. Aside from that, the update repaired some flaws in The Fungle map, such as the mushroom mixup and the campfire and zipline sound effects. Additional changes were made to the game’s quick chat and the shapeshifter role, as well as a black screen error that occurred on the lobby screen.

The latest partnership in Among Us is among the largest to date, with each featured Indie title having a strong following on Twitch and social media. Only time will tell what Innersloth’s 2024 plans are.
