Dota 2 fans from all over the world will be celebrating the return of Amer “Miracle-” Al-Barkawi in the 2024 season. The renowned TI champion has returned after a long absence for another round of professional Dota 2 – this time with a new generation of Nigma Galaxy.
Miracle- returns to pro play after a year of break
Miracle- is likely the most well-known Dota 2 professional player. Fans adore him, and professionals look up to him. He rose to prominence quickly in 2015, first trampling pros in pubs and then joining OG at the end of the year. Miracle- and his Team Liquid colleagues claimed the Aegis of Champions in 2017. The team would later be renamed Nigma Galaxy in 2019.However, the team has had a difficult time with little success since then. Miracle- announced his retirement from the professional circuit in December 2022.
For Miracle- lovers, a year felt like an interminable period. And his long-awaited return arrives before of the 2024 season. Nigma Galaxy, who has recently undergone huge roster changes, announced the return of Miracle- in a one-minute video.
